After
receiving his real estate license in 1981, Brad has specialized in
income property sales and management throughout Southern California,
providing highly organized and personalized service. He has overseen the
lease-up and management of over 21,200 apartments during his 23 year
career in multi-family sales and management. His focus on achieving
bottom line results has been key to the development and implementation
of a vendor pricing schedule which directly affects the bottom line at
all apartment communities he manages.
Brad has been a resident of Arcadia and Monrovia for over 45 years. He
currently lives in Monrovia where is has resided for the past 20 years.
He received a B.S. Degree in Environment Earth Science from Stanford
University. He has his CPM designation from IREM and is a licensed
California Real Estate Broker. Brad is a past member of the executive
council for IREM Orange County where he was the Vice President of
Finance and has been on the Board of Directors for the Apartment
Association of the greater Inland Empire.
Brad has managed apartments form 2 units up to 650 units at a single
site and he has been instrumental in the rehabilitation and
repositioning of over 40 under performing properties ranging from 4
units to 300 units.
Brad is a member of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses and he enjoys
mountain biking, snow skiing basketball and youth sports which he enjoys
with his wife and two daughters.
